Management In Training: Qualifications
The successful MIT candidate will be an organized and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work both independently and with others. Leadership skills and a strong work ethic are a must.
Candidates must have a four-year degree, be willing to work flexible hours which will include weekends, and be open to relocating as the opportunities present themselves.
