Management In Training: Training
The Randall Group’s MIT program prepares employees for a position in middle or upper management with CTL Management or Focus Commercial. Training focuses on the management of apartment communities and business parks. Future training may include acquisitions and development, etc.
We believe the most effective way to learn and to manage is to have a great deal of hands-on experience at all levels of management within our organization. Therefore, the MIT Program is structured to have each participating trainee work in all levels of management.
