Proven Asset & Property Management
Our company has always operated with a long-term hold
perspective, relying on process-driven, hands-on management to
increase the value of our investments. Over the last five
decades, our company has developed a successful management system
that yields high results for owners and investors.
Our History of Success
In 1960, Robert D. Randall and his wife, Marcia, purchased a
duplex in Aloha, Oregon. They lived in one side and rented
out the other. From that humble beginning, a real estate
investment company was born! Now, more than fifty years
later, that company has grown into one of the leading real estate
investment and management companies on the West coast.
Over his career, Mr. Randall built over 25,000 apartment units
and other real estate properties, including commercial, industrial,
office and single-family residential projects. He oversaw a
remarkable expansion that now includes assets in Oregon,
California, Washington, Arizona, and Colorado.
Mr. Randall’s belief in process management and continual
improvement created the strong management structure that remains
the driving force behind the company’s operations today.
The core values he incorporated into our company culture are
the reason for our continuing success.
“The difference between success and failure in real
estate is management. Anyone with money can buy property;
only those that can manage it well will succeed.”
— Robert D. Randall
