Our company was founded in 1960 when Robert D. Randall purchased and refurbished his first duplex. Since then our company has built and acquired more than 30,000 apartment units in addition to numerous commercial, industrial, office and single family projects. Today, The Randall Group owns and manages close to 10,000 apartment homes and 3,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial property in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, and Arizona.
The Randall Group has been built upon a tenet of team-oriented, hands-on, process driven management executed by a team of dedicated employees who share and embrace a common set of core values. We’ve ranked on the Oregon 100 Best list consistently over the past 10+ years, and people just like you have joined us to help make our company one of the 100 Best. Almost all of our on-site team members began their career as either a Leasing Consultant or a Maintenance Technician.
Leasing Consultants are primarily responsible for renting apartments to new residents and providing customer service to existing residents. The Leasing Consultant will perform administrative duties such as processing applications and completing move-in paperwork, and will assist the Assistant Manager and Property Manager whenever necessary.
Maintenance Technicians are primarily responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community as well as completing maintenance requests for residents. They are responsible for preparing the apartments for new residents and maintaining common areas. Duties could include coordinating with outside vendors, grounds-keeping, cleaning, and painting. The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Maintenance Manager, who in turn reports to the Property Manager.
